The Kettering Old Grammar School Foundation is helping make youngsters’ dreams a reality by offering a range of support. The Foundation owns Govilon, an activity and learning centre in Wales available for schools and other groups to use.

The centre, situated in the picturesque Brecon Beacons, offers a range of excellent activities including waterfall walking, bush craft skills and caving and is proving popular with primary and secondary schools.

The Foundation’s Hilary Bull said: “We want to encourage schools and groups to visit our superb centre in Govilon which has just undergone a major refit. The centre is a wonderful experience for young people and we want to share that as much as possible.”

Additionally, the Foundation offers support to Kettering Borough specifically. Talented young people, those who may be experiencing difficult circumstances and schools can apply for bursaries or grants to help make a difference. For information go to www.govilon.org.uk and www.kogsf.org.uk
