Phil Vickery cooks up some family fun with Turkey Meatballs

All you need is a handful of fresh ingredients including British turkey breast mince and some store cupboard seasonings, and in under half an hour, a hungry family could be sat round the table enjoying a delicious bowl of turkey meatballs and gnocchi, which is high in vitamin C and it is relatively low in cholesterol to boot. This dish makes the perfect mid-week meal for all the family.
Phil is a fan of using British turkey in recipes as the breast contains less saturated fat than any other mainstream meat, while absorbing the flavours of other ingredients really well, and Filipa’s kids love helping in the kitchen making turkey meatballs with her.
